Latest company news about What material are dust bags made of?

Dust bag is a filter product made of fiber and base cloth through various processes that can capture flue gas dust particles. Common fibers include PPS fiber, P84 fiber, PTFE fiber, NOMEX fiber, and glass fiber, etc., and The selection of filter material is based on the properties and temperature of flue gas, the properties of dust, dust cleaning factors and system air leakage rate, etc.

1. PPS fiber: This fiber has excellent acid and alkali resistance and good wear resistance. The working temperature of the fiber is 130~170℃, the short-term working temperature is 190℃, and the melting point is 285℃. The oxygen content should be less than 8% during normal use. The higher the oxygen content, the operating temperature should decrease accordingly, and the oxidation resistance is poor; general requirements The oxygen content is within 10%, and the oxygen content decreases as the temperature increases;

2. P84 fiber: It has excellent resistance to sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides, and has good alkali resistance. It is more suitable for use in places with acid and alkali corrosion. P84 is relatively sensitive to temperature. General requirements It operates at a temperature of 150--260 degrees Celsius. It has a three-blade structure, a large specific surface area, wear resistance, and high filtration efficiency.

3. PTFE fiber: Excellent temperature resistance, reaching 280 degrees. Due to the special molecular structure of PTFE material, it has extremely excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, which can improve the chemical erosion of filter materials. Due to the special molecular structure of PTFE fiber material, The characteristics of non-stick, water-repellent and non-flammable make this kind of fiber the best filter material. This kind of fiber is used as a base cloth to basically guarantee that the strength will not weaken during long-term use;

4. NOMEX fiber: Nomex fiber has excellent wear resistance and good temperature resistance. It can withstand continuous temperature up to 204 degrees and instantaneous 230 degrees. It is a non-heat shrinkable fiber and has average hydrolysis resistance, so it needs to be treated during use. Chemical treatment of fibers.

5. Glass fiber: The most practical advantages are high temperature resistance, good dimensional stability and high tensile breaking strength. In terms of resistance to chemical attack, glass fiber is very stable to other media except hydrofluoric acid, high temperature, strong acid and alkali. The disadvantage of glass fiber is that it has poor folding resistance and poor abrasion resistance. Although it is not resistant to folding and abrasion, it is cheap;
