Dust collector condition assessment

There are two main points to look at when assessing the health of a dust collector: the location of the dust collector and the corrosion of the dust collector.

❏ Check whether the dust collector is located indoors or outdoors. The outdoor dust collector mainly checks the box corrosion and rainwater erosion. The indoor dust collector mainly checks the impact of environmental dust on emissions (especially the atmospheric backflush type dust collector).

❏ Check the corrosion of the dust collector, whether there is obvious corrosion and damage on the appearance, whether there are holes visible to the naked eye, etc.
