There are two main reasons for dust bag burnt:
(1) High-temperature particle sparks and spontaneous combustion of deposits. The high-temperature particles or charged dust discharge sparks emitted by the flue gas will burn holes in the dust bag and cause the collected dust to leak. (2) Under certain circumstances, the dust accumulated in the dead ends of the dust collector or in the ash hopper will spontaneously ignite, causing the dust bag to be burned.
Solution to filter bag burnt: The best solution is to install a flame suppression device in the dust removal system to prevent open flames from entering the dust collector and causing hidden dangers. During routine maintenance, dust accumulation in the dead corners of the dust collector needs to be cleaned regularly.
