Polyester needle-punched filter felt is a layered composite product of textile woven fabric and non-woven needle-punched nonwoven fabric.
In the middle layer of the filter material, there is a layer of woven base cloth that acts as a steel skeleton to increase strength.
On the surface of the base fabric with very little tightness, a fleece layer with interwoven fibers is compounded. The product has a three-dimensional structure, and its total opening rate can reach more than 80%.
The single fibers on the surface of the needle-punched cloth are arranged layer by layer, the number of holes on the surface of the cloth is large, the pore size is small, and the distribution is uniform, which has a good effect of dust collection. Therefore, compared with woven fabrics, needle felt has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, good air permeability, low resistance and large air volume handling capacity.
