When designing a bag dust collector, factors such as floor space and filtering area must be considered, so the filter bags will be designed in a variety of ways.
In asphalt mixing stations, bag dust collectors have some common filter bag forms, installation methods and precautions.
The straight round bag is our most common form of filter bag. Its main feature is that the hole in the flower plate is round, and the filter bag is effectively sealed by expanding spring sheets, strips and flower plates.
When installing straight round bags, you should pay attention to whether the flower plate is completely stuck in the groove of the filter bag strips, and whether the filter bag spring leaf can return to the round shape by itself.
Sometimes the corrosion of the flower board will cause the filter bag to be unable to return to the round shape during installation. At this time, it is necessary to remove the rust from the flower board, or use a rubber hammer to tap the diagonal corners of the filter bag during installation to allow the spring leaf to fully expand and close to the flower board. The plate forms a seal.
After the filter bag is installed, touch the inner ring of the bag mouth with your hand to check whether there are any bulges and whether the spring leaf can return to roundness.
Flat cloth bags are a broad concept, and there are many types in form.
According to the form of the bag head, it can be divided into flat cloth bags with strips, flat cloth bags with felt strips, and flat cloth bags with double felt strips. According to the frame form, there are single frame, double frame, and three frame types of filter bags.
These filter bags can be selected with or without bag bottoms.
When installing flat cloth bags, usually the bag with strips should also pay attention to the fit between the strip groove and the flower board, and pay attention not to squeeze the filter bag when installing the frame, otherwise the bag will fall off. If necessary, you can use a rubber rod to tap the two narrow corners against each other to fully support them.

For filter bags with felt strips, attention should be paid to pressing the felt strips against the flower board. At the same time, the coordination requirements between the frame and the filter bag are relatively high. The head of the frame needs to be able to support the head of the filter bag tightly so that it can be sealed with the flower board to prevent dust leakage.

After all installation is completed, we recommend that all filter bags be straightened from the hopper to prevent cross-collision of the bags in the box.
